Architecture call
Every engagement starts the same way
Thirty minutes with an engineer, about the thing you are actually trying to run. It is the only way in, and it is deliberately the only way in — we would rather establish whether there is a problem worth solving before anyone writes a proposal.
Bring
The shape of the problem
- The workload or the workflow, in plain terms
- Rough volume, and the latency or turnaround you need
- Where the data is allowed to live
- What is hurting today, and what breaks next
On the call
Thirty minutes, no deck
- An engineer who would do the work, not an account manager
- We ask questions, then give an opinion on the spot
- We argue with your assumptions, and invite you to argue back
- No charge, and nothing to sign
You leave with
A sketch you can act on
- A short written architecture sketch, sent afterwards
- A rough monthly run cost for the shape we would build
- Which part of this is a platform build and which is a solution
- Or a clear no, if you do not need us
Direct
hello@kinekube.comPrefer email? Send the workload shape and a sentence about the constraint. That is enough for us to be useful.
What happens next
A reply within one working day
From an engineer who will be on the call, not a scheduling assistant.
Thirty minutes, no deck
We ask about your workload, your constraints and your team. You get an opinion on the spot.
A written architecture sketch
After the call, a short document with the shape we would build and a rough monthly run cost.
An honest answer about fit
If your problem is smaller than us, or better solved by a product you can buy, we will say so.
After the call
Where it goes from there
Four ways we work. Nothing here is a prerequisite for the call, and plenty of calls end without any of them.
Architecture review
2–3 weeks, fixed fee
An independent read on what you run and what breaks next. Deliverable is yours regardless of what happens after.
Platform build
6–12 weeks, fixed scope
We implement it — foundation, clusters, data, delivery, telemetry — as code in your repositories and under your accounts.
Solution build
Fixed scope, per workflow
The software factory: one workflow taken from teardown to production, delivered as working software you own outright.
Operate or embed
Monthly retainer
We run it against agreed service levels — patching, upgrades, capacity, incident response — or an engineer of ours works inside your team so the capability transfers.
